Elegant Vineyard Wedding at Borrodell

High school sweethearts Lucy and Dan said their vows in St Joseph’s church followed by a beautiful reception at Borrodell Vineyard. The funniest part of the day was in the morning where they both gave each other wedding gifts at separate houses. I walked into Lucy’s house and the first thing she asked me was ‘What did Dan think of the painting?’ I mumbled something like ‘Oh he liked it’ then walked away quickly! A few minutes later the doorrbell rang and Pip from Jumbled walked in with Dan’s present to Lucy - a Kezz Brett painting of the Towac valley where they were having their reception. It was almost excatly the ame as the painting Lucy had bought for Dan! Lucy turned around and looked at me - ‘What did he really say?’ she asked.

I had to tell her the first thing he said was ‘Oh shit I got the same painting!’ Then we all cracked up. Such a good start to the day! I swaer these two are two peas in a pod x

Lucy and Dan’s elegant black tie wedding was all kinds of gorgeous and sweet. Having been together since high school their friends and family knew each other very well which made for a really fun day of reminiscing and great speeches! After saying their vows in St Joseph’s church, we headed out to Borrodell Vineyard. for portraits and their reception. Lucy looked stunning in her Maddison James dress and Dan was extremely dapper in his Joe Black tuxedo.

Good food, good speeches, and a cracking dance floor with the Press Club Band playing finished the night on a high!
