What does a commercial photography session cost?
Hourly photography starts at $450 + GST. Half-day sessions (up to 4 hours) start at $1,600 + GST, and full-day sessions (up to 8 hours) are $2,900 + GST. Additional hours are $450 + GST per hour. Rush editing, same-day delivery, travel, and overnight accommodation may incur additional fees.
How long will it take to receive my edited images?
Standard delivery is within 72 hours of your shoot. For events, same-day delivery is available for an additional $500 fee, which is ideal for award ceremonies, festivals, or corporate events where fast turnaround is critical.
How many images will I receive?
The number of images depends on the type of shoot and your shoot requirements. For fast-paced standard event photography, you can expect approximately 50–100 edited images per hour. For detailed, time-intensive shoots like product flatlays or food photography, you might receive 10–20 images per hour. All images are professionally edited, high-resolution, and delivered digitally.
Is retouching included?
Basic editing, including colour correction and standard adjustments, is included in all packages. Kirsten works carefully “in camera” to ensure each image is as close to perfect as possible before it’s taken. Additional retouching, including object removal, digital styling, or more detailed edits, is available and is quoted on a per-image or per-hour basis at $250/hour, depending on the scope of work.
Can I own the copyright to my images?
By default, Kirsten retains copyright while granting full usage rights for your business and marketing needs. If you would like full ownership of your images, please contact Kirsten to discuss pricing based on intended usage.
Do you offer pre-event gallery setup?
Yes. Pre-event gallery setup ensures immediate access for clients and attendees and guarantees that images shared after the event are professional, high-quality, and ready to submit for awards, articles, or marketing.
Which industries do you photograph?
Kirsten works across a wide range of industries, including corporate, hospitality, retail, real estate, food & wine, professional services, construction, energy, renewable projects, events, conferences, and festivals.
Does Kirsten travel for shoots?
Yes. Travel within 1 hour of Orange NSW is included in your package. Beyond that, travel is charged at $0.88/km plus $35/hour. Overnight accommodation is charged at $250/night for locations more than 3 hours from Orange NSW.

Do you offer drone photography or video content?
Yes. Drone photography, aerial imagery, and social media-ready reel content are available across all services, including real estate, events, and commercial shoots. Video is outsourced and Kirsten is happy to arrange this for you or connect you with a videographer for your project.
