MUDGEE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Photographing across Mudgee, Orange, Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains & Country NSW

Wedding Photography That Feels As Good As It Looks

15 years. 300+ couples.

Zero awkward photos.

Stunning photos are the baseline. Everything else is what makes Kirsten different.

From the moment you book to the second you get your gallery — I've got you.

Based in Orange NSW and shooting weddings across Mudgee, Hunter Valley, Canberra, Blue Mountains, Dubbo, Bathurst, Country New South Wales and beyond — nearly 15 years, 300+ weddings, and not a single boring one.

Mudgee is one of NSW's most beautiful wedding destinations — rolling vineyards, cellar doors, golden paddocks and that unmistakable country warmth. I've been photographing Mudgee weddings for nearly 15 years and I know every venue, every light and every hidden corner that makes for a breathtaking photo.

No over-the-top directing. No awkward posing. No missing the moments that matter. Just someone genuinely invested in your day — with the experience to capture it beautifully.

How Many Hours Do You Need?

Not sure yet? Here's a rough guide — and don't stress, timelines always evolve.

6 hours — ceremony, family formals and portraits, with a taste of prep and reception. Perfect for smaller, relaxed days.

8 hours — more time in prep, a proper slice of reception, and everything in between. The sweet spot for most weddings.

10 hours — (almost) full day coverage. Getting ready to dance floor. Nothing missed, nothing rushed.

Fine Art Wedding Albums

Your photos deserve better than a hard drive. And so do your grandchildren.

As the anniversaries stack up and life gets beautifully full and busy — this album will still be here. Pulled off the shelf by people who weren't even born yet. Passed down through hands that never got to meet you on your wedding day.

That's not sentiment. That's just what happens when something is made properly.

Handcrafted in Australia using Italian bookbinding techniques. Wrapped in linen, vegan leather or classic leather. Engraved with a cover that's completely yours. Archival ink. Flat lay pages that open completely flat so nothing gets lost in the spine. Built to outlast trends, technology, and time itself.

Your wedding day will become a story told long after you're gone. This is how it gets told properly.

The most important thing you'll ever put on your coffee table.

Why book Kirsten?

Because you want someone who's as skilled as she is fun — and who treats your wedding day like it's the most important one of the year. Because it is.

Wedding days move fast. Timelines shift, light changes, emotions run high. After nearly 15 years and 300+ weddings I'm not just experienced — I'm hypervigilant. I'm watching everything, all day. The quiet moment between you and your dad. The way your best friend cries during the speeches. The golden light that lasts exactly four minutes. Nothing gets missed.

And yes — I'm as skilled as I am fun. That part matters too.

A Master of Fine Arts trained my eye. A Communications degree trained me to find the story. Together they mean I'm not just capturing moments — I'm reading the room, anticipating what's next, and finding the images most photographers would miss entirely.

I'm genuinely, obsessively passionate about this work. Easy to have around, easy to work with, and the kind of person your whole wedding gravitates towards — not because I make it about me, but because I make everyone feel good.

What you get isn't just beautiful photos. It's a photographer who is completely invested in your day from start to finish — and absolutely loves every minute of it.
