BEST WEDDING VENUES IN ORANGE NSW

With a designer vibe the Philip Shaw cellar door is definitely an extension of their brand embodied by their premium wines. Onsite catering, a dedicated function space inside their bluestone cellar door and old timber railway sleepers that look like roman archways as a ceremony backdrop provide a really different and very luxe but laid back wedding feel.
Philip Shaw’s cellar door has a huge amount of outdoor space with terraced gardens flowing up to the bluestone reception area. Perfect for lawn games and outdoor canapes with views across their property and gardens to for guests to enjoy.

An award winning cellar door with exceptional food and wine, Printhie has a very limited number of weddings each year at its brand new cellar door building.
Surrounded by vines, apple orchards and paddocks there are multiple sites to hold your ceremony. One of the best spots is closer to the cellar door - a stunning olive grove with views over the hills below. Definitely one of my fave places in Orange!
-
Stockman’s Ridge has a brand new purpose built clear and black marquee that is absolutely stunning.
Ceremonies are held outdoors overlooking the vines, there are fire pits outside for ambience (and warmth) and the clear marquee means you can stargaze through it during your reception. Surrounded by paddocks and vines with award winning wines, Stockman’s Ridge is a stunning wedding venue in Orange. Photo by Studio Door Creative - It’s so new I haven’t photographed in the marquee yet!
-
Rowlee is one of Orange’s best wedding venues. With a luxe country vibe, Rowlee has paddocks on one side of the cellar door and vineyards on the other.
They have a dedicated garden area around a country homestead for outdoor ceremonies and it’s an easy walk between your ceremony location and your reception in a marquee or in their newly renovated barn. Rowlee also offers on-site accommodation a few hundred metres from their cellar door.
-
Mayfield Vineyard has a beautiful country style mansion onsite that can sleep 12 people and is only 10 minutes from town. The best part about Mayfield Vineyard is you can have the whole vineyard and cellar door area to yourself all weekend.
Smaller weddings can use the homestead for a catering kitchen, reception in the dining area and ceremony outside. For larger weddings a marquee is put up on the private grounds.
-
Nashdale Lane is a beautiful rustic style cellar door with views across vineyards to Mount Canobolas just outside. Stay onsite in stylish glamping tents and have your ceremony in the gardens with the vines and mountain in the background.
Nashdale Lane has award winning wines and facilities for catering onsite for weddings and events but only book a limited number of weddings each year.
-
Borrodell has been a fixture on the Orange wedding scene for years. And for good reason. They have a restaurant with award winning chefs on site and provide competitive ceremony/reception/food and beverage packages.
Perched high up on the hill overlooking the Towac Valley, the drive into Borrodell is almost as pretty as the views from the terrace up top. Lined with orchards and vineyards, Borrodell has onsite accommodation and can either have a marquee lawn set-up or host your reception in their spacious wine tasting hall.
-
Hayshed is on a private property about 15 minutes out of town surrounded by paddocks. The rustic barn is a fun wedding reception venue with a lot of charm that can fit a large number o guests.
Ceremonies are usually held outside in the paddock with views over the mountains and dam in the background and the venue has a very down to earth country feel.
-
Heifer Station is such a vibe! The award winning vineyard has multiple areas to hold your ceremony in paddocks and vineyards and reception options including long tables outside under the stars - in the vines - or seated dining in their newly built cellar door.
They don’t provide catering but have facilities for catering to come onsite for weddings.

Mayfield Vineyard Orange Wedding - Shinal and Sam
Three days. Two ceremonies. One unforgettable celebration. Shinal and Sam's Mayfield Vineyard wedding was a riot of colour, joy and love — from their heartfelt Hindu ceremony to a beautiful western wedding.
Why Book Kirsten?
Because you want someone who's as skilled as she is fun — and who treats your wedding day like it's the most important one of the year. Because it is.
Wedding days move fast. Timelines shift, light changes, emotions run high. After nearly 15 years and 300+ weddings I'm not just experienced — I'm hypervigilant. I'm watching everything, all day. The quiet moment between you and your dad. The way your best friend cries during the speeches. The golden light that lasts exactly four minutes. Nothing gets missed.
And yes — I'm as skilled as I am fun. That part matters too.
A Master of Fine Arts trained my eye. A Communications degree trained me to find the story. Together they mean I'm not just capturing moments — I'm reading the room, anticipating what's next, and finding the images most photographers would miss entirely.
I'm genuinely, obsessively passionate about this work. Easy to have around, easy to work with, and the kind of person your whole wedding gravitates towards — not because I make it about me, but because I make everyone feel good.
What you get isn't just beautiful photos. It's a photographer who is completely invested in your day from start to finish — and absolutely loves every minute of it.
